How It Works
1. Get in Touch
Fill out the Contact Form to get in touch with Wit and Win.
2. Consultation
A questionnaire email for consultation will be sent. Your replies will be used to define the scope of work.
3. Quote
A quotation will be provided, including delivery schedule and payment terms.
4. Kick-off
After confirmation, the service begins (rewriting, content consulting, or interview support).
5. Delivery
-
Rewriting/content consulting: final files delivered by email.
(One round of revision included, unless errors are on Wit and Win’s side.) -
Interview support: handled according to the agreed scope.
6. Payment
An invoice will be sent by email. Payment is requested by bank transfer by the due date.
Notes
-
Final proofreading by a native English speaker is not included in this service.
-
Consistency between the Japanese source text and the English text is checked; however, strict word-for-word alignment and exhaustive verification of omissions are not performed.
-
Literal translation from Japanese often results in redundancy or unnatural flow in English; therefore, context-based adaptation and natural expressions are the standard approach.
-
If, after review, rewriting or content consulting is deemed unnecessary, no fee will be charged.
-
Some projects may not be feasible depending on content or schedule.
-
Media support services are provided by bilingual Japanese staff.
